Roger W Smith OBE is a British independent watchmaker, famous for being the only person approved by legendary watchmaker George Daniels CBE to build completely handmade watches using the ‘Daniels’ co-axial escapement’ method.
Approaching Feref, Roger tasked us with design and build of a new website. This would serve as a showcase for each series of Roger’s watches, host a biography for ‘The Watchmaker’ and provide a place for news and Roger’s personal thoughts in his journal.
The design incorporates various photographs from renowned British artist Andrew Hall. These provide the backdrop to showcase some of the most intricate and valuable timepieces in the world.
